No one wants to admit to failure but sometimes we do

As part of my desire to grow as a writer, I have re-launched my relationship with Troy Media and am providing articles of interest about conflict navigation.  This week’s article is focused on that internal conflict we might feel from time to time when we suddenly find out we are not perfect at something.

Whoever convinced us that the first time we try something we ought to be amazing at it or we should never do it again.  My theory is … that if that were true, few of us would ever learn to walk.  The first fall would convince us to stay near to the floor and not risk falling again.

If you have fallen victim to this type of thinking from time to time, I encourage you to take a couple of minutes to read this article on the subject matter.

Thanks for checking in.
