I really enjoyed this session (Influencing and Motivating Engaged Teams at the IIMC Convention in Hartford, Connecticut – May 2015). While I’ve been blessed to take a number of leadership classes over the years, this was a new perspective for me and helped me reflect on what I can control / influence within my teams, department and organization. As someone who is about to take the leap from an assistant director to director – I’m looking to set a new tone for our already successful and positive team.
